- You are currently taking a GLP-1 medication (like Wegovy or Mounjaro) or have started it within the last 4 weeks.
- You are able to do sit-to-stand movements 5 times.
- You own a compatible smartphone (iOS 15.6+ or Android 9+) and are willing to use the study app.
- You have your own digital scale, speak English, and have not taken CoQ10 supplements recently.
