Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You smoke at least 5 cigarettes a day on average for the past 3 months.
  • You are motivated to quit within the next 30 days.
  • You have a working smartphone (Android or iOS) and a phone number for contact.
  • You are not currently participating in another smoking cessation program (in the last 30 days).
  • You do not have a recent unstable medical situation or medication change (in the last 3 months).
