Who can take part

  • You are part of the research expedition team going to White Mountain California.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 30 or less.
  • You do not take any prescription medications (birth control pills are okay).
  • You have never smoked tobacco.
  • You are not currently on a ketogenic diet or taking ketone supplements.
  • You do not have any history of heart, lung, blood vessel, or kidney disease.
  • You are not pregnant.
