  • Have a confirmed diagnosis of IgG4-related disease
  • Have active disease affecting at least one organ (e.g., pancreas, kidneys, lungs)
  • Have tried standard treatments like steroids or immunosuppressants and still have active disease
  • Are currently on a stable dose of your medications
  • Have not been treated with CD19 or BCMA targeted therapy or CAR-T cells before (unless it failed)
