CAR-NK cell therapy for IgG4-related disease
Part of Immune system & allergy clinical trials.
This trial tests a new treatment using immune cells (CAR-NK) designed to target and kill specific cells that may cause IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD). It is for people whose IgG4-RD has come back or not responded to standard treatments.

Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 and no older than 70 years old.
- You must have a diagnosis of IgG4-related disease that is active and has either come back after treatment or not responded to standard therapies.
- You cannot have other serious medical conditions, such as active infections, certain cancers within the last 5 years, or severe organ problems.
- You must be willing to use effective birth control for 6 months after the last treatment if you or your partner could become pregnant.
- Your heart, lungs, and blood test results must be within acceptable limits for this study.

This trial tests whether a special type of immune cell therapy (CAR-T) can help people whose IgG4-related disease persists despite steroids or rituximab. It focuses on those with inflammation in two or more major organs.
This early phase trial tests a new treatment made from immune cells (CAR-NK cells) that target and destroy overactive B cells. It may help people with lupus, certain kidney diseases, or nephrotic syndrome that hasn't responded to standard therapies.
This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy using modified natural killer cells (CAR-NK) that target a protein called CD19 and produce helpful signals (IL-10 and IL-15). It is for people with certain autoimmune diseases that have not improved with standard treatments or have come back after getting better.
This trial is testing a new therapy made from your own immune cells (called CAR NK cells) that are designed to fight a type of kidney disease that hasn't responded to standard treatments. It may be an option if you have membranous nephropathy, IgA nephropathy, or ANCA-associated vasculitis and previous treatments have failed.
This trial tests a special cell treatment (CAR-T) for people with immune-related kidney disease that has not responded to standard therapy. The treatment aims to remove faulty immune cells that damage the kidneys.
This early-stage study tests an experimental treatment that uses engineered immune cells (called CAR natural killer cells) to calm overactive immune responses in people with moderate to severe autoimmune diseases that have not fully responded to standard treatments. It aims to offer a new option for patients who have not gotten enough benefit from usual therapies.
