Genetic testing to guide first treatment for large b-cell lymphoma

LBCLComprehensive GenomicPrecision Treatment

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer clinical trials.

This study is testing whether using a special genetic test (called BostonGene Tumor Portrait™) on your biopsy sample can help doctors tailor your first chemotherapy treatment to your cancer's specific features. The goal is to see if this personalized approach leads to better outcomes with fewer side effects.

Molecular testing to guide personalized cancer treatment plans

This trial uses special lab tests to look for tumor “molecular fingerprints” in your tumor or blood sample. The goal is to help your care team choose more personalized treatment options based on those results.

NCT06748521Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Blood test-guided targeted treatment for a common lymphoma

This study tests whether using a special blood test (ctDNA) to guide targeted therapy can improve outcomes for people with a type of lymphoma called DLBCL. If you qualify, you may receive a standard chemo-immunotherapy regimen (R-CHOP) possibly combined with other drugs, and your treatment plan may be adjusted based on your ctDNA levels.

NCT03089554Recruiting· Phase 2
Genetic tumor testing to guide targeted cancer treatments

This trial studies how doing genetic (DNA) testing on your cancer helps doctors choose targeted treatments, and how those treatments affect outcomes. It is for adults whose cancer has not responded to the first standard treatment or who do not have curative options.

Lexington, Kentucky
NCT06693830Recruiting
Blood test guided treatment for newly diagnosed DLBCL

This trial studies whether using a blood test (ctDNA) can help guide treatment decisions for people with newly diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. It tests standard chemotherapy regimens (R-CHOP or R-pola-CHP) and aims to improve outcomes by monitoring tumor DNA in the blood.

NCT05585684Recruiting
Blood test to guide next cancer treatment choices

This study checks whether a blood test can find tumor genetic changes (called “plasma genomic profiling”) to help choose the best next treatment. It may help your care team decide therapy after your cancer progresses or seems likely to progress soon.

NCT05675813Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
Genetic test-guided treatment for newly diagnosed peripheral T-cell lymphoma

This trial uses a genetic test on your lymphoma tissue to help choose your treatment. It may help personalize therapy for people with newly diagnosed peripheral T-cell lymphoma and see how well the approach works and is tolerated.
