Zuberitamab for primary membranous nephropathy
Treatments studied
Part of Immune system & allergy, Kidney & urinary clinical trials.
This trial tests a new medicine called zuberitamab for people with primary membranous nephropathy, a kidney disease that causes protein in the urine. The treatment aims to reduce protein loss and improve kidney function.
Summary written for real people, not researchers, by Clin2.
Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with primary membranous nephropathy by a kidney biopsy.
- Your kidney function is at least 40 mL/min/1.73m², as measured by a standard test (eGFR).
- You have high protein in your urine, confirmed by two separate 24-hour urine tests.
- If you take blood pressure or diabetes medications (like ACE inhibitors, ARBs, SGLT2 inhibitors, or finerenone), your dose has been stable for at least 4 weeks.
- You agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose (if applicable).

This trial studies how well rituximab works in primary membranous nephropathy (a kidney condition) either by itself or with corticosteroids (steroids). It aims to see which approach controls protein leakage in the urine and protects kidney function.
This trial tests a new drug called B007 for people with primary membranous nephropathy, a kidney condition. It aims to see if B007 can help reduce protein in the urine and protect kidney function.
This trial tests a new drug called YK012 for people with primary membranous nephropathy, a kidney disease where protein leaks into the urine. The goal is to see if this treatment can reduce protein loss and protect kidney function.
