Safusidenib for people with newly diagnosed idh1-mutant grade 3 brain tumors
Part of Cancer clinical trials.
This trial tests a drug called safusidenib, which targets a specific genetic change (IDH1 mutation) in certain grade 3 brain tumors. The drug is given as a pill and may help slow or stop tumor growth, especially when started early.

This Phase 3 trial tests safusidenib, a targeted medicine, to help stop or slow the return of certain brain tumors with an IDH1 mutation. It focuses on people after initial treatment (surgery and/or radiation and temozolomide), aiming to improve outcomes during maintenance therapy.
This trial tests a new targeted therapy called safusidenib for people whose brain tumor (glioma) has an IDH1 mutation and who have already taken vorasidenib but the tumor kept growing. The study aims to see if safusidenib can help when vorasidenib stops working.
This trial tests an experimental pill called safusidenib for people with a slow-growing brain tumor (grade 2 glioma) that has an IDH1 mutation. The goal is to see if it can control the tumor and improve outcomes.
This trial tests a combination of two oral medications, olutasidenib and temozolomide, for people with a specific type of aggressive brain tumor (high-grade glioma) that has an IDH1 mutation. The goal is to see if this combination can help control the tumor after standard treatment like radiation.
This trial tests a combination of two oral medications (vorasidenib and lomustine) for people whose brain tumor (glioma) has come back and has an IDH1 or IDH2 mutation. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and effective in halting or slowing tumor growth.
