Who can take part

  • You have a grade 2 glioma with an IDH1 mutation and have had at least one surgery for it.
  • Your last surgery was between 90 days and 5 years ago (or 28 days for a biopsy).
  • You have not had any other cancer treatment besides surgery for your glioma.
  • You do not need chemotherapy or radiation right now, in your doctor's opinion.
  • Your tumor is measurable and not enhancing on scans.
