Part of Brain & nervous system, Cancer clinical trials.
This study collects blood, cerebrospinal fluid, and tumor tissue samples over time from people with suspected or confirmed primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) in China. The goal is to build a large biobank to better understand the disease and improve future diagnosis and treatment.

This trial looks at the immune system and metabolism of people with primary central nervous system lymphoma (a type of brain cancer) to find differences that might help with future treatments. It does not test a new drug, but collects samples and medical information.
This trial tests a combination of high-dose chemotherapy drugs (gemcitabine, busulfan, and thiotepa) followed by a stem cell transplant for people with primary central nervous system lymphoma. It aims to see if this treatment can improve outcomes for patients whose disease has responded to initial therapy.
This trial tests a combination of three drugs — high-dose methotrexate, thiotepa, and zanubrutinib — for people newly diagnosed with primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL). The goal is to see if this combination is safe and effective in shrinking tumors and improving outcomes.
This trial tests a combination of chemotherapy drugs to treat lymphoma that started in your brain. The goal is to see if this treatment helps without having to use whole-brain radiation.
This trial tests a combination of three drugs (rituximab, methotrexate, and orelabrutinib) plus a PD-1 inhibitor for newly diagnosed or relapsed central nervous system lymphoma. The goal is to see if this new combination can improve outcomes for patients with this rare type of lymphoma.
This trial tests a combination of two drugs, epcoritamab and ibrutinib, for people whose lymphoma has come back or not responded to treatment and has spread to the brain or spinal cord. The goal is to see if this combination can help control the disease.
