Study of GFH276 for advanced non-small cell lung cancer with a RAS mutation
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.
This trial tests a new oral drug, GFH276, in people with advanced lung cancer that has a change in a gene called RAS. The drug is designed to target cancers with this specific mutation, and the study aims to find out if it is safe and effective for patients who have not had prior treatment for their advanced disease.

Who can take part
- You have a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is locally advanced or has spread to other parts of the body.
- Your tumor has a change (mutation) in the RAS gene or an increase in the number of copies of the RAS gene (amplification).
- You have not received any previous treatment for your advanced lung cancer.
- You have at least one measurable tumor that is not in the brain or spinal cord.
- You are physically able to carry out daily activities (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- You do not have other serious health conditions, such as uncontrolled infections, significant heart problems, or other active cancers.

This study tests a new drug (GFH276) combined with either cetuximab or chemotherapy for people with advanced solid tumors or pancreatic cancer that have a specific genetic change (RAS mutation). The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors or slow their growth.
This trial tests new drugs that target specific RAS mutations in advanced non-small cell lung cancer. It's for people whose cancer has a KRAS G12C, G12D, or other RAS mutation and who have already tried standard treatments.
This trial tests whether RMC-6236 can treat advanced solid tumors that have specific RAS-related gene changes (especially certain KRAS G12 mutations). You may be able to join if your tumor’s DNA test shows the right mutation and your overall health is good enough for study visits.
This trial is testing a new drug called BG-85738, which may target cancer cells that have a specific change (mutation) in the RAS gene. The goal is to see if it is safe and works against advanced or spreading solid tumors.
This trial tests a new drug called GFH276 that targets tumors with a RAS mutation. It aims to see if the drug can shrink or slow these tumors. If you have a solid tumor with this mutation, you may be eligible to participate.
This trial tests a new targeted pill (GFH375) alone or with another drug for people with a specific gene change (KRAS G12D) in advanced lung cancer. It aims to shrink or slow the cancer, possibly better than current standard treatments.
