ctDNA-guided therapy after chemoradiation for stage 3 lung cancer

Lung Cancer

Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This trial tests whether using a blood test to detect tiny amounts of cancer DNA after standard chemoradiation can help decide if extra chemotherapy and immunotherapy is right for you. It aims to improve outcomes for people with stage 3 lung cancer that can't be removed by surgery.

Using a blood test to guide radiation after lung cancer surgery

This trial tests whether a simple blood test (ctDNA) can help doctors decide if you need radiation therapy after lung cancer surgery. The goal is to tailor your treatment to your individual risk, possibly avoiding extra radiation if you don't need it.

Validating blood tests for stage III lung cancer

This trial is testing whether new blood tests can reliably detect and monitor stage III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It hopes to improve how doctors track your cancer and decide on treatment.

Using blood DNA tests to guide lung cancer treatment

This study uses a blood test called ctDNA to look for leftover lung cancer after surgery. Based on that result, the trial will help decide which treatment approach is best for you and may catch cancer returning earlier.

NCT06102057Recruiting· Phase 2
PET-guided small volume chemoradiation with immunotherapy for lung cancer

This trial tests a new combination of chemotherapy, radiation, and immunotherapy (durvalumab) for people with stage III non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed with surgery. The goal is to see if giving a smaller, more focused radiation dose can be just as effective with fewer side effects.

Blood test to predict chemo-immunotherapy response in lung cancer

This trial tests whether a blood test (ctDNA) can help predict how well a combination of chemotherapy and immunotherapy (and sometimes radiation) works before surgery for non-small cell lung cancer. It aims to see if the blood test can detect small amounts of remaining cancer to guide further treatment.

NCT05822284Not yet recruiting
Blood test-guided treatment for advanced lung cancer

This study is testing whether a simple blood test (called ctDNA-MRD) can help guide treatment for people with advanced lung cancer that has not spread far. You would receive chemotherapy plus immunotherapy before surgery, and the blood test may help doctors understand how well the treatment is working.
