This trial studies toripalimab (an immune system medicine) plus FLOT chemotherapy in people with stomach cancer that has grown locally but hasn’t spread to distant organs. It aims to improve control of the cancer and help more people have their tumors fully treated.

This trial compares two treatment approaches after your stomach/GE junction cancer has been treated with chemotherapy before surgery: adding a special heated bath into the abdomen (HIPEC) plus continuing the usual surgery plan. It aims to see if adding HIPEC lowers cancer coming back and improves outcomes.
