Part of Cancer, Digestive system, Kidney & urinary, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This trial tests an experimental drug that delivers radiation directly to cancer cells in people with certain advanced solid tumors. It may help shrink tumors or slow their growth in patients who have not responded to other treatments.

  • You must have one of these cancers that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery: non-small cell lung cancer, small cell lung cancer, head and neck cancer, esophageal cancer, colorectal cancer, or prostate cancer.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT scan.
  • You should be able to care for yourself (up and about, light activity).
  • Your organs (like kidneys, liver, and bone marrow) must be working well enough.

Targeted Radioactive Therapy for Advanced Prostate Cancer

This Phase 1 trial tests a new radioactive treatment called [225Ac]Ac-AKY-2519 in men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to hormone therapy. The drug carries radioactivity directly to cancer cells to try to shrink tumors and slow disease progression.

NCT07873450Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
Study of a new treatment for advanced cancers with c-MET protein

This study tests a new radioactive treatment for people with advanced solid tumors, such as certain lung, colon, head and neck, or bile duct cancers, that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The treatment targets a protein called c-MET found on cancer cells, aiming to deliver radiation directly to the tumor.

NCT07661641Recruiting· Phase 1
Study of new radioactive treatments for GRPR-positive tumors

This early-phase study tests two new radioactive treatments (lutetium-177 and actinium-225) together with a guided imaging agent in people with GRPR-positive solid tumors (including prostate, breast, or colorectal cancers). The goal is to see if these treatments can shrink tumors that have stopped responding to standard therapies.

Study of 225Ac-LNC1011 for advanced prostate cancer

This trial tests a new radioactive drug called 225Ac-LNC1011 for men with a specific type of advanced prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to standard hormone therapy. The goal is to see if it can shrink tumors or slow the disease.
