This Phase 1/2 trial tests a new cancer vaccine therapy combined with pembrolizumab (an immunotherapy) to treat advanced, recurrent ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. It may help your immune system recognize and attack the cancer, especially if your tumor has a specific target called FRα.
