Who can take part
- You have a specific type of ovarian cancer called high-grade serous or high-grade endometrioid (including cancer of the fallopian tubes or the lining of the abdomen).
- Your cancer must have grown during or within 6 weeks after finishing a PARP inhibitor (like olaparib, niraparib, or rucaparib) that you took as maintenance after your first chemotherapy.
- You must have had one line of platinum-based chemotherapy (like carboplatin or cisplatin) with at least 4 cycles, and your cancer must still respond to platinum.
- You must be physically active and able to take care of yourself (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You must have recovered from any side effects of your previous cancer treatments.
