- NCT06883851Recruiting
Pelvic floor training plus medicine for bedwetting in children
This study tests whether adding pelvic floor muscle training (exercises for the muscles that help control urination) to a medicine called desmopressin works better than medicine alone for children who wet the bed at night. It may be an option if your child has not tried other treatments recently.
Istanbul, BeşiktaşAges 7–13 - NCT06497647Recruiting
New treatment for bedwetting in children
This study tests a new treatment for children who wet the bed at night, called nocturnal enuresis. The goal is to see if it helps children ages 6 to 18 who have had this problem since infancy.
SohagAges 6–18 - NCT07000656Recruiting
Bladder training device for children with urinary problems
This trial tests a device that helps children with nighttime bedwetting, daytime urine leaks, or frequent urgent urination by teaching them to relax and control their bladder. It aims to improve symptoms without medication.
Shanghai, Shanghai MunicipalityAges 5–18 - NCT07199894RecruitingPhase 3
New drug combo vs. standard for bedwetting in children
This trial tests a new medication (Omegapres) against the usual combination of two drugs (Solifenacin and Mirabegron) to see which works better for children with nighttime bedwetting (primary mono-symptomatic nocturnal enuresis). If your child has only bedwetting at night and no other bladder or bowel issues during the day, this study might help find a more effective treatment.

Common questions
- Are there clinical trials for primary nocturnal enuresis?
- Yes. Clin2 currently lists 4 recruiting primary nocturnal enuresis studies from the U.S. registry, each rewritten for real people, not researchers, so you can see what it’s testing and who it’s for.
- How do I know if I qualify for a primary nocturnal enuresis trial?
- Each study lists its eligibility criteria — rules about age, diagnosis, and prior treatments. On every Clin2 trial page we explain these in words written for real people and offer a short, optional pre-screen for a fit read. The study team makes the final decision.
- Does it cost anything to join a primary nocturnal enuresis trial?
- Using Clin2 is always free. Many trials cover the cost of the study treatment and related visits; some reimburse travel. The study team explains exactly what’s covered before you decide.
