Exercising to slow Parkinson's in iRBD
This study tests whether a specific amount of exercise can slow the development of Parkinson's disease in people who have a sleep condition called iRBD. If you have iRBD and are not very active, researchers will help you start a personalized exercise program and track your progress with a smartphone app.

This study tests if increasing physical activity can help slow down cognitive (thinking) decline in people with iRBD, a sleep disorder that often leads to Parkinson's or dementia. You'll use a smartphone and a FitBit to track your activity and receive coaching.

Study for early RBD as a possible Parkinson’s risk
This study looks at people with REM sleep behavior disorder (RBD), confirmed by a sleep test, who may be in the early “prodromal” stage before Parkinson’s or related diseases. It also enrolls healthy controls to compare results from brain and body testing to better understand who is at risk.
