This trial tests if the drug Northera (droxidopa) can help children with Menkes disease who have dizziness when standing or chronic diarrhea. It aims to improve these symptoms by supporting blood pressure and bowel function.

This Phase 2 study tests whether the medicines droxidopa and pyridostigmine can improve symptoms of orthostatic hypotension, which is low blood pressure when you stand up. It is designed for people whose low blood pressure is caused by problems with the nerves that control blood pressure.

This trial tests a medication called droxidopa to see if it can raise blood pressure in people with cirrhosis who also have acute kidney injury. If you have low blood pressure and are in the hospital with these conditions, this study may help improve your kidney function.

This early (Phase 1) study tests whether midodrine and droxidopa can improve blood-flow pooling in the belly in people with nerve problems that affect blood pressure when standing. It’s looking at safety and how the body responds, which may help reduce dizziness or fainting for some participants.
