Ruxolitinib plus chemotherapy for Ph-like B-ALL
This early-phase study tests whether adding ruxolitinib (a targeted medicine) to standard chemotherapy improves outcomes in adolescents and young adults with newly diagnosed Ph-like B-precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). It targets specific genetic features (“JAK-targetable signature”) thought to make the leukemia more responsive to JAK-blocking treatment.
