Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- This must be your first time having a bleeding stroke from a brain aneurysm.
- You have not had brain surgery (craniotomy) before this event.
- Your aneurysm was treated (coiled or clipped) within 48 hours of the bleeding.
- Your doctors will assess your consciousness level (Hunt-Hess grade III, IV, or V) and bleeding severity.
- You cannot be pregnant or allergic to the study drug (urokinase).
