Who can take part
- Be at least 20 years old.
- Have EGFR-mutant non-squamous lung cancer with confirmed or likely spread to the brain/spinal cord lining.
- Your cancer in the brain must have worsened after treatment with osimertinib, shown on contrast MRI.
- You must have stable disease outside the brain (as judged by the study team).
- Be well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0–3) and expected to live at least 12 weeks.
- Have adequate blood, liver, and kidney health based on lab results (and be able to provide needed spinal fluid and blood samples).
