Test drug JAB-21822 for KRAS G12C NSCLC with STK11
This trial studies how well the drug JAB-21822 works in people with advanced or spread lung cancer (NSCLC) that has a specific genetic change: KRAS G12C, plus STK11 and no KEAP1 change. It’s designed to see safety and early signs of effectiveness, especially if you haven’t been treated much yet.
