Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid cancer that is confirmed in a lab to have a KRAS p.G12C mutation.
  • Your cancer is advanced (locally advanced or metastatic) and you’ve either tried standard treatment without success, can’t have it, don’t want it, or can’t tolerate it.
  • Your doctor expects you may live at least 3 months.
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans that can be followed over time (or a previously treated radiation site that has grown again).
  • Your overall health is good enough for treatment (ECOG performance status 0–1) and your organs/lab tests meet the study’s thresholds.
  • You can swallow and digest oral study medicines well (no stomach or gut problems that would block absorption).
