This trial studies how well the drug JAB-21822 works in people with advanced or spread lung cancer (NSCLC) that has a specific genetic change: KRAS G12C, plus STK11 and no KEAP1 change. It’s designed to see safety and early signs of effectiveness, especially if you haven’t been treated much yet.

Who can take part
- You have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) confirmed by pathology (a lab test on tissue or cells).
- Your tumor has KRAS G12C mutation found on molecular testing, and you also have STK11 co-mutation.
- Your tumor must be KEAP1 “wild-type” (meaning no KEAP1 mutation), confirmed by testing for the study.
- You have not had treatment for advanced NSCLC yet, or you have had at least one standard treatment.
- Your general functioning score is ECOG 0–1 (you can do most daily activities or are limited but able to do self-care).
- You cannot have certain brain/meninges problems (unless treated brain spots have been stable for at least 28 days).
