This Phase 2 trial tests a combination of medicines (cetuximab, envafolimab, and chemotherapy) as the first treatment for certain left-sided metastatic colorectal cancers. MRD-guided Chemo Timing for Early Colon Cancer
This trial is for people with early-stage colon cancer (stage II high-risk or stage III low-risk) that is not MSI-H. It uses a blood test (MRD) to see if you can safely delay or skip extra chemotherapy after surgery, based on whether the test finds any leftover cancer cells.
