Who can take part
- You are 18 to 70 years old
- You have confirmed colon or rectal adenocarcinoma (a specific type of colorectal cancer)
- Your health/strength is fairly good (ECOG 0 or 1)
- Your cancer is considered locally advanced (not spread to distant organs) by CT/MRI, and experts think it can be fully removed
- You have not had any prior drug treatments for colorectal cancer (chemo, immunotherapy, or targeted therapy)
- You must have acceptable blood tests and organ function within 7 days of starting
