RP-008 Plus Varenicline for Trigeminal Neuralgia Pain
This trial tests a new drug called RP-008 combined with varenicline (a quit-smoking medication) to relieve severe facial pain from trigeminal neuralgia. If you've already tried standard pain medications without enough relief, this combination might help reduce your pain attacks.

Switching smokers to e-cigarettes who do not want to quit

VR attention test for smoking cravings
This study tests whether a virtual reality (VR) program can measure how your brain pays attention to smoking cues. It also involves taking a medication called varenicline (Chantix) to see if it reduces cravings. You may be eligible if you are a daily smoker, have been smoking for at least 3 years, and are not ready to quit in the next month.
