  • Either at increased risk for ovarian cancer (due to family history, genetic factors, or genetic counselor assessment) OR scheduled for gynecologic surgery
  • Willing to provide tissue samples and medical information
  • Family history of ovarian, fallopian tube, peritoneal, or pancreatic cancer, OR personal/family history of hereditary cancer syndrome, OR undergoing gynecologic surgery for any reason
