Who can take part
- You have breast cancer confirmed by biopsy/cytology, stage I–IV.
- Your treatment plan is starting neoadjuvant chemotherapy, with or without chemo-radiation, and you haven’t had first-line treatment yet.
- You can have measurable disease seen on ultrasound or an MRI done within 28 days before starting treatment.
- You’re well enough for cancer treatment (ECOG 0 or 1—generally fully active or limited but up and about most of the day).
- Your bloodwork is sufficient (enough white cells, neutrophils, platelets, hemoglobin) and your liver/kidney numbers are within required limits before dosing.
- You can sign consent and understand the study, and you should have at least 6 months of expected life expectancy.
