Who can take part
- You’re enrolled through a specific prior UHN study arm, or you match the study’s recurrent/intermediate/high-risk group
- Your prostate cancer has been confirmed by biopsy and is either recurrent or higher-risk (based on stage, PSA, and/or Gleason score)
- Your PSA has been rising fast enough (PSA doubling time more than 6 months for one group)
- Your treatment plan includes external beam radiation (EBRT) plus an HDR boost, with or without hormone therapy (for one group)
- You can have an MRI and anesthesia needed for the procedure (if you have an MRI-unsafe device or major anesthesia limits, you likely can’t join)
