- Your PSA level has been rising after prostate removal surgery
- Scans (PET PSMA/Choline and MRI) show the cancer is only in the prostate bed area
- The cancer spot in the prostate bed is visible on ultrasound (TRUS) and can be reached with a needle implant
- You are able to have an MRI scan
- Your blood counts and kidney function are within certain ranges
- You have a life expectancy of more than 5 years and can tolerate the procedure
