Who can take part
- Be between 30 and 100 years old
- Be able to do or already be scheduled for Mayo Clinic aging or neuro evaluation visits
- Be able to lie still without moving for 10 minutes during the scan
- Use safety rules for MRI: no implanted devices or metal in the body that make MRI unsafe
- If pregnant, or breastfeeding, be able to meet the study timing rules (stop breastfeeding for 24 hours around the scan)
- Be able to tolerate the MRI even if you feel nervous or enclosed (claustrophobia)
