Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis based on symptoms plus MRI/scan imaging of a diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma
- Or you have another high-grade brainstem glioma, or a brainstem focal glioma that is WHO grade 1 or 2
- The tumor must be located in the brainstem (not elsewhere in the brain)
- Your tumor type must match the trial’s glioma categories (not a different kind of brain tumor)
- You have tumor samples available for analysis (for example, from surgery or a biopsy)
