- You have an adult-type diffuse glioma diagnosis (or a strong suspicion), such as glioblastoma, astrocytoma, or oligodendroglioma
- You can share tumor tissue samples (stored from earlier or collected from a recent procedure)

- You expect to live more than 3 months and can take part in regular follow-up
- You meet timing and tissue-availability needs for the specific arm (soon after surgery, and/or total resection samples, and possibly paired primary+recurrence)
