Who can take part

  • You live in the United States
  • You are a close family member (parent, child, or sibling) of someone with MS, or
  • You previously took anti-TNF (a biologic immune medicine) for a condition other than MS, such as Crohn’s disease, psoriasis, or rheumatoid arthritis, or
  • You were referred for evaluation of a first-time neurologic symptom but do not yet have an MS diagnosis
