- Be 18 years or older
- Have at least one MS risk factor, such as a past ‘radiologically isolated syndrome’ result, MS in a first-degree relative, or personal risk factors (like smoking or obesity)
- Not be pregnant
- Not already have an MS diagnosis
- Not have any ongoing whole-body (systemic) autoimmune disease
- Not be taking medications that suppress the immune system
