Who can take part
- You must be able and willing to be followed for 5 years
- You should not be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the study
- You should not have cancer (a tumor)
- You should not have serious liver problems or abnormal liver tests (AST/ALT more than 1.5 times normal)
- You should not have severe kidney problems (creatinine above the study’s cutoff)
