- You have been diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH, WHO group 1)
- Your diagnosis was made using lung-heart pressure tests at rest (mPAP and PAWP) and blood flow resistance (PVR)
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are included in the Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires PAH registry
- You have not had a lung transplant or lung transplant surgery before the study start
