Who can take part
- You have an aortic problem like an aneurysm (bulge), penetrating ulcer, or chronic dissection
- Your aorta/ulcer size or recent growth must meet specific measurements (often about 50–55 mm or growth ≥0.5 cm/year)
- If using the lower “t-Branch,” your groin blood vessels must be large enough (about 8 mm or more) or not blocked too badly
- You can’t have certain serious infections, cancer with limited life expectancy, or a known severe allergy to the device materials or iodine contrast dye
- Your aorta’s shape must fit the device: specific angles and “landing” areas (length/diameter) must be large enough
- You must be able and willing to attend follow-up visits and give informed consent
