Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have a thoracoabdominal or aortic arch aneurysm (bulge) that is large (about 5.5 cm or more) or has grown fast.
  • Or you have a tear/dissection (a split in the artery wall) or an aneurysm a doctor believes is at high risk of rupture.
  • Your anatomy must allow stent placement (enough safe “landing zones” and suitable artery size/shape from imaging).
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you need an expected life span of at least 2 years.
  • You must agree to follow-up visits and be able to give informed consent.
