Who can take part
- You have a complex aortic condition (aneurysm, penetrating ulcer, or dissection) and are stable enough for the procedure
- Your aorta size/growth or symptoms fit the trial’s thresholds, or the condition is ruptured or causing symptoms
- Your blood vessel “access routes” (iliac and arm/branch arteries for the procedure) must be suitable for delivering the graft
- Your CT scan must show the aorta/branch vessel “landing zones” are long and shaped enough for the graft to seal and attach safely
- You can agree to the study and follow scheduled follow-up visits
- You are not planning pregnancy, and you are not under 18; your expected survival is at least 12 months
