Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 or older
- Your breast cancer is confirmed and is HER2-positive and resectable (suitable for surgery)
- Your test results show HER2 is high (by special lab tests such as FISH/CISH or IHC) done at your local lab
- Your heart pumping strength is normal on an ECHO or MUGA scan
- Your blood counts and liver/kidney tests are high enough for treatment (for example, hemoglobin, neutrophils, platelets, and liver enzymes)
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
