Who can take part

  • You are a woman aged 18 to 70.
  • You have been diagnosed with DCIS (a non-invasive breast cancer) that is at least 2 cm in size and tests positive for HER2.
  • The cancer has not spread beyond the breast.
  • You have not received any previous cancer treatment for this condition.
  • Your heart function is normal (LVEF at least 50% on an echocardiogram).
  • Your liver, kidney, and blood counts are within acceptable ranges.
