Who can take part
- You have untreated invasive HER2-positive breast cancer diagnosed by a biopsy within the last 6 weeks
- You are age 18 or older and able to sign informed consent
- Your heart pumping strength is good (left ventricular ejection fraction 50% or higher within 28 days)
- You can do usual daily activities (ECOG 0–1) and your blood and organ tests are adequate
- Your cancer is early-stage and operable (not inflammatory, not already metastatic)
