This study follows people over time to better understand “synucleinopathies,” which are conditions that affect the nervous system as it develops and progresses. You may be asked to return for visits and report symptoms, especially those that happen when you stand up.

Who can take part
- Be an adult age 18 or older
- Have symptoms when standing—dizziness or feeling lightheaded—that improve when you lie down
- Be referred to one of the participating study sites for standing-related intolerance
- Do not have diabetes by standard diabetes diagnosis criteria
- Do not have serious heart failure (congestive heart failure) or lupus/other connective-tissue diseases
- Be able and willing to follow the study plan and return for follow-up visits
