Who can take part

  • You have B-cell lymphoma or leukemia that is recurrent/relapsed (ALL or CLL), or newly diagnosed but unable to finish standard treatment; or an aggressive B-cell lymphoma plan that includes high-dose therapy and an autologous stem cell transplant
  • Your cancer test shows it is CD19-positive (CD19 can still be pending early on)
  • Age 75 or younger (and the first few participants must be adults 18 or older)
  • You are well enough to have the treatment: oxygen levels are >90% on room air, and your heart/strength score (Karnofsky/Lansky) is >60%
  • Your blood and organ tests are within limits (for example: bilirubin <3× normal, kidney filtration/eGFR >50, and AST not too high; hemoglobin is ≥7.0)
