Who can take part
- You must be older than 18 years
- If you can become pregnant, you must not be pregnant (negative test before joining)
- You must be able and willing to sign the consent form
- You have a complex aortic aneurysm near the kidneys (juxtarenal/pararenal) or chest-to-abdomen area (extent I–V), such as: diameter ≥ 5.5 cm, recent fast growth, or symptoms
- You cannot use a standard approved (non-modified) endograft for your situation
