Modified stent graft for complex abdominal aortic aneurysms

Complex Abdominal Aortic AneurysmJuxtarenal Aortic AneurysmPararenal Aortic AneurysmThoracoabdominal Aortic Aneurysm

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This study tests a specially customized endovascular (through blood vessels) repair for certain large or fast-growing aneurysms near the kidney area or chest-to-abdomen area. It may help people who are higher risk for open surgery and whose anatomy fits the device.

NCT04746677Recruiting
Stent repair for complex aortic problems when standard options fail

This trial tests whether a specially built stent-graft made for your anatomy can be done safely and effectively for complex aortic disease. It may help people who are too risky for open surgery or who cannot wait for a standard custom device to be made.

NCT07224230Recruiting
Custom aortic graft study for high-risk aneurysm patients

This study tests a doctor-modified aortic graft for people with complex aortic aneurysms who cannot use standard approved devices. The goal is to see if this custom approach can repair the aneurysm safely in high-risk patients.

NCT05531084Not yet recruiting
Testing a custom stent graft for complex aortic aneurysms

This study tests whether a surgeon-customized stent graft is safe and effective for treating complex, high-risk or hard-to-repair aortic aneurysms. It may help people who are at higher risk for open surgery or have aneurysms that previous treatments could not fully fix.

NCT00583817Enrolling by invitation
Endovascular repair for thoracic aortic aneurysms and dissections

This study tests whether repairing an enlarged or tearing (dissection) thoracic aorta using a catheter-based procedure can be safer for people who are high-risk for open surgery. It uses specialized stent grafts placed through blood vessels to seal the problem and prevent complications.

Boston, Massachusetts
NCT06657794Recruiting
Custom graft repair for aortic aneurysms near the kidneys

This trial tests a doctor-modified stent-graft to fix an aneurysm in the part of the aorta just below the kidney arteries. It may be an option if standard devices cannot be used or are not available in time.

NCT02043691Recruiting
Testing specialized grafts to repair complex aortic problems

This trial studies different custom and modified stent-grafts (tiny metal-reinforced tubes placed inside the aorta) to repair difficult aortic aneurysms and dissections. It aims to see which approach best fits your aortic shape and helps keep blood flowing safely.
