Who can take part
- You have confirmed seminoma after surgery to remove the affected testicle (orchiectomy).
- Your seminoma is in the testicle or behind the belly (retroperitoneal area).
- Your tumor marker alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) is normal before and after surgery.
- You have not had chemotherapy or radiation before joining the study.
- You’re 18 or older, and your general health is good enough (ECOG 0–2).
- Your scans and blood tests suggest your liver, kidneys, and blood counts are within required limits.
