Who can take part

  • You have a diagnosis of classical seminoma (not another type of testicular/sex-gland tumor).
  • Your cancer started in the testis, mediastinum, or retroperitoneum (back of the abdomen).
  • Your stage is IIB, IIC, or III after staging.
  • You are over 18 years old and can do normal daily activities fairly well (Karnofsky score 70 or higher).
  • You finished your planned first chemotherapy treatment, and a PET-CT scan at least 12 weeks later still shows a measurable leftover mass.
  • You are able and willing to return for follow-up visits and are okay with being assessed for quality of life.
